TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Any sale via this site is governed by the Terms and Conditions below. Your use of this site or purchase from Perfect Natural Skin confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Perfect Natural Skin reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
Australia-Wide Orders are charged at a flat-rate at $10.55 P&H  (This applies for all orders – large or small).  Due to the cost and nature of our product, we send orders are sent Express Post, Registered Post or Parcel Post and a tracking number is provided.  Due to the quality of our product and to avoid any spoilage due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, Express Post is generally next day delivery (however depending on the destination postcode, it may take between 1 – 3 days).  The tracking number is emailed to the customer to keep a track of the whereabouts of the item. 

Once orders have been dispatched, ownership of the products transfers to the customer – see below

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are charged by weight & sent via International Post – All International orders, email your order directly to www.sales@perfectnaturalskin.com.au.  Your order will be invoiced (including postage amount) and payment is made by Direct Deposit (bank details provided on the invoice).  Orders are dispatched as soon as the bank clears payment.

If payment by credit card is preferred, an invoice, including freight amount, will be emailed to the customer, the customer completes and signs the credit card payment details at the bottom of the invoice and faxes the invoice to us on 61 2 6656 1149.  The goods are dispatched as soon as payment has been made.

Payment Options:

1.  Online – PayPal. You can pay securely by PayPal without having a PayPal account, all that is required is the use of your credit card.

2.  Online – Credit Card.  Provide your credit card details and your order will be processed by Head Office upon receipt of the order.  Your details are held securely.

2. Invoice – Make a direct deposit into Perfect Natural Skin’s bank account.  This method is used for email orders that go directly to sales@perfectnaturalskin.com.au from the customer and not via the website.  An invoice that contains the bank details will be issued via email and once payment is cleared (between 1 to 3 days), the order will be dispatched.  

3.  Australian customers can also order and pay by phoning Perfect Natural Skin on 0437 100 490 between 9.00am and 5.00 pm Monday to Sunday with your Visa or MasterCard details.

We aim to process and post your order as soon as possible and it is usually posted within 24 hours.  If it will take longer than a week we will advise you.

ONCE THE ORDER IS DISPATCHED, OWNERSHIP TRANSFERS TO THE CUSTOMER. 

Accurately enter and check your full postal details and phone number; returned undeliverable mail will attract a re-delivery fee.  If you work, please consider having the order sent to your work address.  Perfect Natural Skin accepts no responsibility for orders that may go astray or any liability to replace lost or stolen items whilst in transit, although we will do our best to assist in tracing the missing item.  Customers are sent a courtesy email to inform them of the Australia Post Tracking Number after the order has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

* Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items as it is impossible to tell if any of the product has been used or tampered with.
    * For any product return to be considered for exchange, the customer must first phone Perfect Natural Skin* 0437 100 490 within 24 hours to notify us and receive instructions to return the items.  Returns will be at the discretion of Perfect Natural Skin.  However Perfect Natural Skin will only pay the customer’s return postage if the item is deemed to be faulty.

**Please note that a refund or exchange is NOT given if a product has obviously been used or a lid has been broken at any stage after leaving our outlet.  Goods are dispatched in optimum condition.
    * A return for refund is not applicable for wrong colour choice for purchases made at any market, in-store or a home Consult as a full range of testers are available, and our staff are able to advise and assist you.  We do not refund for a change of mind.
    * Items cannot be returned via Perfect Natural Skin that have been purchased from Stockists or other outlets.  Please take the item to the place of purchase.
    * Perfect Natural Skin’s organic and mineral ingredients are extremely unlikely to cause an adverse reaction.  However in the unlikely event that you do experience an allergic reaction cease use immediately. Perfect Natural Skin is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient; please read the ingredients listed on this website prior to purchase or use.  If in doubt, then samples are provided for most products upon request at sales@perfectnaturalskin.com.au.

INTERNET PURCHASES

* There will be no credit given for a price difference due to a price reduction for online specials.

RETURNING ITEMS BY POST
No item is to be posted back to Perfect Natural Skin BEFORE phoning us first.  Any returned items’ packaging should be the same as the state in which it was received. Perfect Natural Skin accepts no responsibility for items returned that may become lost in transit.

PRODUCT APPLICATION:  We provide full ingredient disclosure on this website.  It is the customers’ responsibility to read this information, especially when known allergies exist.  Customers are invited to email sales@perfectnaturalskin.com.au for a list of ingredients for any product prior to purchase.

PRODUCT CARE:  All products are dispatched in optimum condition and we cannot reasonably ascertain if ‘faulty’ products are faulty or have in fact been spoiled by other circumstances outside our control. 

It is advisable to keep your Foundations, Lipsticks, Lip Gloss and Eyeliner Chubbies out of direct sunlight and store in a cool place – temperatures 30 degrees and above will spoil the longevity of these products.  Heat will also adversely affect these items.  In extreme heat, store in the fridge to prevent breakage or spoilage.   

Perfect Natural Skin take care that every product reaches the customer in optimum condition, however extreme temperatures can affect the pencils, lipsticks and lip glosses.  All products are quality controlled and dispatched in excellent condition.  We cannot accept return of any products that have been affected by temperatures that we cannot control.

If there is a problem with your order or products whatsoever, please SPEAK to us promptly.

ORDERS

All orders are sent either by Australia Post Express or Registered mail.  However, as we have a flat-rate postage, if a parcel is 3kg or more, then this will be sent by normal mail.  Please allow 3 – 4  business days for delivery of items.

PAYMENTS

Payment by Direct Deposit can take up to 3 business days for bank clearance.

PayPal and credit card are effectively instant forms of payment.

Once we receive payment we process and dispatch your order between 1 to 2 business days.  In the unlikely event that your order is going to take longer than a week, we will contact you and keep you informed.


Confirmation of Dispatch:

We confirm dispatch with an email “Your PERFECT NATURAL SKIN Order Has Been Shipped!”.

Delivery Methods and Times:

Perfect Natural Skin uses Australia Post Express or Registered delivery within Australia.  We use TNT for heavier orders, however this must be requested by the customer and will incur a further delivery charge that will be advised once the order is received.  Payment for this must be made prior to dispatch of goods.  This guarantees next day delivery.
